Leading Through Change:

An Innovative Management Strategies Summit

Come experience an engaging, interactive program that provides a transformative experience for current and future leaders, with the specific purpose of helping you thoughtfully assess and productively respond to the challenges associated with our ever-changing business environments.

Program Outcomes


• Identify, assess, and prioritize current challenges related to changes in their organizations and leadership roles.
• Practice communication strategies for connecting better with those whom they lead, while engaging in authentic and productive dialogue surrounding changing tasks and environments.
• Explore Design Thinking philosophy, its relevance to leadership strategies, and create a plan for applying the first step, "Empathy," to their current leadership goals in responding to change and growth.

Rod C. Taylor, Ph.D

An award-winning educator, scholar, author, and musician, Rod Taylor has been active in teaching, leadership training, music, and technology for over twenty years. He’s taught at Stanford, Indiana University, and the Honors College at Tennessee State University. He's currently is the President and CEO of Performance Learning Concepts and a Faculty Fellow at the Design School in Paris, France (d. School Paris-Est).  

Jeremy Podany, M.S.

Jeremy Podany is an innovation, leadership, and organization growth connoisseur who has helped over 1,000 organizations and 500 leaders, and has held nearly 40 unique leadership roles in the last 20 years.  Jeremy enjoyed a 17 year career in higher education, and has helped build six unique start-ups inside and outside of higher education.  Jeremy regularly writes, speaks, trains, invents, and consults for universities, businesses, and tech start-ups.

Tuesday night, participants will enjoy a private concert with Leigh Nash, of Sixpence None the Richer. From her
blockbuster hits “Kiss Me” and “There She Goes,” to her current singles “Tell Me Now Tennessee” and ”The State Iʼm In,” Leigh delights audiences around the world with
her amazing voice and commanding presence.
