Leading in the Age of AI

This interactive workshop is designed to help leaders navigate the opportunities and challenges presented by the adoption and inclusion of AI in professional environments. Through simulations, collaborative problem-solving, and guided discussion, participants explore how AI reshapes decision-making, creativity, communication, and organizational culture. Rather than focusing solely on technical tools, the workshop emphasizes distinctly human skill sets that remain essential in an AI-enabled workplace: judgment, authenticity, executive communication, innovation, and the ability to guide teams through uncertainty and change.

Key Outcomes

Participants will:

  • Strengthen decision-making and judgment in AI-supported environments

  • Explore practical approaches to creativity and innovation with AI tools

  • Develop strategies for authentic leadership communication and presence

  • Examine leadership responsibilities related to ethics, culture, and organizational change

  • Build frameworks for leading teams through technological transformation
