The Mastermind Journey

GO BEYOND THE BASICS!

Mastermind groups are common across many industries, and they leverage the power of facilitated questions, micro-training, and small group dialogue to gain advanced leadership skill sets, along with a mindset that helps navigate complex issues. Mastermind is not a conference, but rather an 8-month, community-driven, experiential, leadership development experience.

INTERACTIONS

  • Two in-person retreats in the beautiful city of Nashville, TN, plus six online events.

  • Only 25 Participants may register for the Learning and Development Leadership Mastermind per year. Mastermind is for those who are decision-making leaders of Learning and Development programs. We are currently designing another program for lower tier geared for those who would like to someday be in the Top-Level leader seat.

  • Participants are placed into community groups (C-Groups) with 6 or less colleagues for the duration of the journey.

  • Participants will interact with multiple leading experts inside and outside the field as they dialogue together through the complexities of leading Learning Development programs in a wide variety of contexts.

  • The two in-person events, hosted in Nashville, will also offer some unique, inside looks into what makes Music City one of the most popular cities in the US, especially in terms of music.

  • Our in-person sessions will be held in the heart of downtown Nashville at SPARK, Lipscomb University's Corporate Education Center, located at 400 Commerce St, Nashville 37219.
