Jeremy Podany is an innovation, leadership, and organization growth expert who has worked with numerous high-level organizations and leaders in the last 20 years. Jeremy enjoyed a 17-year career in higher education in Career Services and has helped build six unique start-ups inside and outside of the university system.  

 

He regularly writes, speaks, trains, and consults for businesses, university, and tech start-ups and serves as a facilitator on PLC’s Leading with Purpose team. Jeremy is also the founder of The Career Leadership Collective—a high performing, thoughtful constellation of thought leaders in the career and job services arena who stimulate the field beyond best practices.

 

Jeremy received his bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University in Secondary Education, and his masters from Indiana University in Higher Education Leadership.  He lives at the base of The Rocky Mountains in Fort Collins, Colorado and enjoys hiking with his wife and four children.
