Description: This workshop offers an exciting and creative opportunity for participants to explore the mindsets that ultimately affect their current and future success as leaders. Through various forms of delivery—from interactive activities, group discussion, and breakouts—we’ll examine three mindsets (Growth, Fixed, and Mixed) in an effort to better understand and improve our own mentalities, as well as those whom we lead.
