The Mastermind Journey
GO BEYOND THE BASICS!
Mastermind groups are common across many industries, and they leverage the power of facilitated questions, micro-training, and small group dialogue to gain advanced leadership skill sets, along with a mindset that helps navigate complex issues. Mastermind is not a conference, but rather an 7-month, community-driven, experiential, leadership development experience.

Two in-person retreats in the beautiful city of Nashville, TN, plus six online events included
Only 25 Participants may register for the Learning and Development Leadership Mastermind per year. Mastermind is for those who are decision-making leaders of Learning and Development programs. We are currently designing another program for lower tier geared for those who would like to someday be in the Top-Level leader seat.
