The Mastermind Journey

GO BEYOND THE BASICS!

Mastermind groups are common across many industries, and they leverage the power of facilitated questions, micro-training, and small group dialogue to gain advanced leadership skillsets, along with a mindset that helps navigate complex issues. Mastermind is not a conference, but rather an 8-month, community-driven, experiential, leadership development experience.

INTERACTIONS

• Two in-person retreats in the beautiful city of Nashville, TN, plus six online events included​
• Only 25 Participants may register for the Learning and Development Leadership Mastermind per year. Mastermind is for those who are decision-making leaders of Learning and Development programs. We are currently designing another program for lower tier geared for those who would like to someday be in the Top-Level leader seat.
• Participants are placed into a community group (C-Group) with 6 or less colleagues for the duration of the journey.
• Participants will interact with multiple leading experts inside and outside the field as they dialogue together through the complexities of leading Learning Development programs in a wide variety of contexts.
• The in-person events, hosted in Nashville, will also offer some unique, inside looks into what make this Music-City one of the most popular cities in the US, especially in terms of music.
• Our sessions will be in the heart of downtown Nashville at SPARK, Lipscomb University's Corporate Education Center located at 400 Commerce St, Nashville 37219

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation requests receive a  100% refund  until May 1, 2024. Cancellation requests after May 1, 2024 are eleible for a full transfer to the  next year, or a 50% refund.
