The Mastermind session provided me a great opportunity to connect with peers in similar roles to discuss what I consider to be fundamental and existential questions about learning and development practices. The program pushed me, in a good way, to consider my learning and development philosophies, those values and beliefs, both espoused and tacit, that guide my practices.

 

Even though I’ve been in the learning and development field for over twenty years, the reflection activities and self-assessment nudged me to think differently about the approaches I took at face value. I think the best part of the program is the way the facilitators encourage you, along with your peers, to deconstruct and then reconstruct your established learning approaches and practices in a different light.

 

If you are a learning leader or experienced learning professional, I recommend attending this program to help you pull gently on your established learning and development seams, see how they hold together, and then sew them back up tighter.
