L&D Leadership Mastermind Alum (2025)
Participating in this six-month development program was one of the most meaningful professional experiences I’ve had as a learning leader. It challenged me to slow down, step back, and re-examine how I show up at a time when the world of work is being reshaped by unprecedented change. The program did not shy away from discomfort, but it embraced it, serving as a powerful reminder that meaningful growth rarely happens without it. That discomfort became the gateway to deeper insight, stronger judgment, and more intentional leadership.
What set this program apart was the depth of the shared experience. This was not a series of disconnected sessions, but a deeply immersive journey built around a curated community of senior learning leaders grappling with the same strategic questions: how learning earns its place as a true driver of business performance, how we build capability at scale, and how we lead learning organizations responsibly in an era increasingly shaped by generative AI.
The opportunity to connect, build trust, and learn alongside peers from diverse industries created a rare space for honest dialogue, reflection, and challenge. We didn’t simply exchange ideas - we learned from each other’s successes and missteps, expanding our thinking through real-world perspectives.
I left the program with a stronger professional network, sharper strategic clarity, and renewed confidence in the role L&D leaders play in shaping culture, building capability, and developing tomorrow’s leaders today. I would highly recommend this program to any senior learning leader looking to deepen their impact and elevate their influence.
