Healthy leadership functions as the foundational component of any successful organization, and contemporary research and scientific studies argue that healthy leaders contribute most toward an organization’s success. However, leadership is not for the faint of heart, and not all leaders are healthy or lead their organizations to success. At its worst, unhealthy leadership leads to negative office culture, infighting, retention issues, loss of productivity, loss of profit, negative brand, and mediocre product and services. But even healthy leaders struggle with how to create and maintain an environment of innovation, vision clarity, empowerment, and productivity.

Seasoned Depth & Expertise: Together, Dr. Rod Taylor and Jeremy Podany hold five (5) degrees in higher education and have served in over 50 leadership roles. They have collectively led hundreds of unique groups through learning and leading in various industries: from Silicon Valley start-ups, small businesses, non-profits, world-leading accounting firms and engineering leaders, to innovative global manufacturing and sales organizations.

LANDSCAPE ANALYSIS—ASSESSING LEADERS AND THE ORGANIZATION
The best leaders and organizations take time to define and embrace their current success reality. Still, it can be difficult to reflect on the current and future reality of your organization without an outside perspective. To aid in this task, we like to preface our trainings with a deep-dive on your current status in regards to leadership, organizational strategy and structure. Custom services can include leadership readiness and aspirations surveys, a business check-up assessment, and internal stakeholder interviews and thorough assessment report.
THE ESSENTIALS OF HEALTHY LEADERSHIP
We worked with hundreds of top-level leaders of diverse organizations, and out of those experiences we created a personal development model that yields holistic success for the individual leader and their organization. The Healthy Leaders Model helps leaders become more personally stable, interpersonally competent, and mission-growth focused. We help leaders become more thoughtful and actionable about using lifelines, stewarding their energy, measuring their success, disseminating empathy in the workplace, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and encouraging a sense of collaborative ownership in their organization.
CREATING A CULTURE OF INNOVATION
You must innovate to succeed over time, but how do you create an innovative mindset that pervades each and every employee in an organization? To answer that question, we dig into the following topics: developing a productive, creative process, understanding the difference between growth mindset and fixed mindset, identifying serious growth barriers, assessing the climate for innovation, and exploring the reasons some ideas fail while others succeed.
HANDLING THE PRESSURES OF LEADING CHANGE
Change brings uncertainty, uncertainty brings lack of clarity, and lack of clarity is the biggest reason employees and stakeholders resist change. In this session we explore purposeful decision making strategies, how to successfully navigate politics in the workplace, and how leaders can develop the deep inner strength needed to create success through the pressures that come from leading others through change.
LEADERSHIP, EMPOWERMENT, AND PRODUCTIVITY
Have you experienced sideways energy instead of upward energy? Our experience estimates that most organizations only maximize 50% of their potential, and in times of change or uncertainty that number drops as low as 10-15% of potential maximized. In this session, we help leaders to sell their vision internally, practice the art of listening, build winning teams, and gain clarity in employee expectations and productivity. We also look at how to lead leaders effectively, ensuring that we are properly encouraging and taking advantage of personnel with leadership skills.
